What Uptick does

Uptick is a Stripe app that reads your Stripe data via the Stripe API and renders a metrics interface for your business. We compute MRR, churn, forecasts, and intelligence summaries. We do not move money, modify customers, or change subscription state.

Your obligations

• You must own the Stripe account you connect, or be authorised by the owner.
• You pay your subscription fee on time. Late payment is grounds for suspension after 14 days.
• You do not attempt to reverse-engineer the product, scrape its surfaces, or interfere with the service.

Our obligations

• Best-effort uptime. We don't promise 99.9%, but we'll be transparent about outages.
• Metrics computed in good faith. If you spot an arithmetic error, we'll fix it.
• We will never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or train AI on it.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your Stripe dashboard. We refund unused full months on annual plans on request within 30 days of payment. Monthly plans are not refunded for the current period but will not renew.

Limitation of liability

Uptick is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your own accounting or financial judgment. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Uptick's output. Our maximum liability is the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be emailed to the account email at least 30 days before they take effect.
