What we collect
When you install Uptick on Stripe, we receive an OAuth token granting read-only access to a defined set of resources (customers, charges, subscriptions, products, invoices, balance transactions). We do not request write access. We do not request access to any resource not listed on this site.
Where your data lives
Your Stripe data never leaves Stripe's perimeter. We compute metrics by querying the Stripe API at the moment you view them, then discard the response. We do not retain a copy of your customer list, subscription history, or financial events on our own infrastructure.
What we store
We store your Stripe account ID (so we know which account is yours), your billing record for the Uptick subscription itself, your account email address (for product updates), and aggregate usage telemetry (which features you use, how often) for product improvement. No customer PII from your Stripe data is stored.
Revoking access
Uninstall Uptick from your Stripe dashboard at any time. Access is revoked immediately. Your stored account record is deleted within 30 days of uninstall unless you have an active dispute or open invoice.
